All orders are processed and dispatched between Monday and Friday excluding bank and public holidays.
Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched same day on the delivery service selected at checkout.
We are pleased to announce that we offer free delivery on all orders with no minimum spend requirement. Our free delivery is offered as a economy service with delivery time between 2-4 working days.
Customers can opt to pay for a premium delivery options including (but not limited to):
Customers who live outside Mainland UK are required to pay a surcharge and premium delivery options may not available.
Your order will be dispatched with one of our partner carriers including (but not limited to):
Your order weight and volume will determine which carrier will be used to fulfil your order.
We urge all customers to ensure that the shipping details you provide are correct and a contact number is given so we can contact you regarding your order.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a card instructing you how to rearrange delivery. An automatic redelivery attemp may be made but this is not guarenteed.
Failure to rearrange delivery within 5 working days or 3 unsucessful delivery attempts will result in your order being returned to us.
Any order returned to us as undelivered will incur a charge of £15.00 which will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are encouraged to check their orders within 2 days of delivery being made and report any damage and/or shortages to us immidately. Where possible provide as much evidence including photographs to support your claim.
