Description

The ParkerBrand PPPW-3000 pressure washer is calibrated to perform to a high standard, giving you the power to get the finish that you want, with everything gleaming clean. This comes by way of the powerful 6.5-HP (196cc) four-stroke engine that drives our robust and reliable pump at an enviable 3600 rpm.

Rated at a max pressure of over 2800 psi, the PPPW-3000 utilises our tried and tested 8m hose, which in turn attaches to a range of four nozzles that you can change to suit the task you need to complete. You truly will be ready for anything!

The high-performance engine is a recoil start, uses standard SAE-30 four-stroke oil, and even has a low-level alarm so that you don’t run too low and deal with the consequences. It won't happen here.

Like all of our petrol pressure washers, the PPPW-3000 comes mounted on a light and highly portable frame, meaning the manoeuvres are simple and storage is easy. What’s not to love?

As with the ParkerBrand 3100 psi and 2900 psi machines, this model also comes with standard hose fittings, so you can use it in combination with the garden hose you already have, or perhaps couple it with one of our ParkerBrand retractable hoses. With a flow rate of just 10 litres per minute, this is a great way to save if you have a water meter, like most. 10 lpm is lower than your average garden hose!

This is a great option for those who want to deal with a dirty patio, blast a car clean, take care of the caravan, and a whole host of other possibilities. ParkerBrand: equipping you to be at your best.

All orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped same day (Monday to Friday) on a delivery service of your choosing.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
We offer an express delivery option, but currently we do not offer a guaranteed Next Day service.
Delivery to parts of the UK including Highlands and Islands will incur a delivery cost regardless of order value.
Delivery time is quoted at checkout - based on time of placing the order and the delivery method choosen.
We deliver to Europe including Italy, France, Spain and Germany from as little as £9.99.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification with an estimated date of your delivery. Over 90% of our customers will recieve an allocated 1 hour time slot for your delivery with in flight options to modify your shipment including:

Nominating a neighbor to leave your parcel with.
Confirming a safe place for your driver to leave the parcel (Garage, Shed, Porch...).
Rearrange the Delivery for another day.
Arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a local shop that is partnered with the carrier.

In order to receive these notifications, it is important that correct mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses are given at checkout.

BIG & BULKY ITEMS

We always aim to dispatch you orders with precision and speed; you’d never expect less from us.

To our regret, with large, bulky and heavy items such as our Generators, Water Pumps and our Lawnmower range we are not able to guarantee next day delivery. We shall certainly dispatch them immediately on a next day service but due to the nature of the consignment they may take just a little while longer.

We know that you want your item pronto and to be able to put it to use - and we want the same for you. So, be sure in the knowledge that our guys will process and dispatch your order super swiftly and dispatched on a next day delivery - we are simply not able to absolutely guarantee that it will be with you next day.

SAFE AND SWIFT DELIVERY

We strive to delivery all of products swiftly. Our delivery partners are specifically chosen for their reliability and accuracy. When your item has been dispatched you will receive a notification from the delivery company. Our delivery companies, including DPD and DHL/UKMail, will attempt to deliver to your address. No doubt you’ll have made arrangements to accept delivery. If they are not able to deliver, further delivery attempts will be made. Following further attempts, If you have not given special instructions ( eg. leave in a safe place or with a neighbour) your package may either be returned to us or, when possible, sent to a pick-up shop for you to collect.

TRACKING AND GIVING INSTRUCTIONS

Why not use the tracking number to give the Delivery Company instructions to leave your package in a safe place on your property or with a neighbour? This can be easily done from the delivery Companies app or website.

PARKERBRAND WARRANTY – HOW ARE YOU COVERED?

We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect of ParkerBrand.

While we invest a great deal of time designing tools that are robust and made to a high standard, like all machines, at times they do fail and we like to make things straight forward and easy for you to understand.

For your reassurance we want you to know all of our practices are in line with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 as well as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that we work closely with UK Trading Standards to ensure our policies are fully compliant with local legislation.

Our two-year warranty was established so that you can really have faith in your purchase and by extension, us, as an established reputable manufacturer and seller of domestic tools and machinery.

The first year of your warranty covers for parts and labour, thereafter, for the second year it is parts only. We always work with our customers to provide an effective outcome within the warranty framework where this is possible.

EXCLUSIONS

We are not able to extend this warranty to wear and tear parts beyond 30 days. In order for this to be clear we have taken some examples from popular machines for easy reference. These include but are not limited to:

Two Stroke Garden Tools (including Brush Cutter, Multi Function Garden Tool, Earth Auger, Chainsaw)

Recoil Starter, Bar, Fuel Tank Bracket, Spark Plug, Carburettor, Filters, Chain Catchers, Exhausts, Fuel Pipes, Blades and Brake Assembly.

Four Stroke Engine Powered Machinery (Including Pressure Washers, Generators, Water Pumps)

Recoil Starter, Hose, Lance, Nozzles, Plastic Connectors, Wheels, Air Filters, Exhausts and Carburettors.

Every effort is made to work pro-actively to provide a solution. When parts such as those given above are required to be purchased, we work hard to ensure that a stock is maintained in order to make them available to you via the product pages on the website. We will direct you to the link if your enquiry is by email or send it on if we speak by phone.

If they are not listed under spare parts, we may still be able to help and we shall endeavour to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to discuss any aspect of your warranty. We are happy to do so.

MISUSE

Our warranty does not cover the damage incurred to a product during use. Examples include the product becoming damaged while in use and also being used incorrectly or against manufacturer recommendations.

We do however take great pride in our high level of customer care and will happily do what we can do assist you in getting up and running once more.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH YOUR MACHINE?

PICK UP and DROP OFF

It may be that we need to get the item back for a repair or exchange. We try very hard to make this as hassle free as possible. In some cases we send you a pre-paid returns label so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage where the order is over 6 months year old.

30 DAYS

If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.

Our design team put a lot of thought and energy into our products to make sure that you have a tool or machine that is reliable and works perfectly, just as it should. If there is a fault, we work hard to ensure we get things resolved as speedily as possible.

COMMERCIAL USE

We need to make it clear that unless otherwise stated, given or implied we do not offer any warranty to products that are being used for hire or reward (Commercial Use).

ASSURED RESPONSE FROM A UK TEAM

We have a dedicated team at our Headquarters here in Louth Lincolnshire who are customer focussed and will always be happy to find the best solution for you. We do not expect you to have any issue at all of course, our machines are fully quality tested and assured which is no less than you’d expect from a company with a rising reputation for quality tools at a very favourable price-point. That’s a strong point, price, as we are sure you agree, but just as important is after sales service and a timely response if things aren’t quite as they should be. You can rely on ParkerBrand to respond when you need us.
