Delivery Times
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.
Orders placed before 14:00 are typically dispatched the same working day using your selected delivery service.

Pallet Deliveries
Larger and heavier items (such as generators) are delivered via pallet networks.

You may receive a call approximately 1 hour before delivery

Someone must be present to accept the delivery

Failed delivery may incur a minimum £25 redelivery charge

Returned pallet deliveries may incur a £100 non-refundable fee
Delivery Notifications
Where available, our delivery partners will provide tracking updates via email or SMS (if a mobile number is supplied).
This may include estimated delivery windows and tracking links. Availability varies by courier and location.
