Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.

Orders placed before 14:00 are typically dispatched the same working day using your selected delivery service.

Delivery Costs

All delivery prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight and size

  • Quantity of items

Some areas of the UK are not eligible for free delivery. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Northern Ireland

  • Highlands & Islands

  • Parts of Scotland

Full delivery costs and estimated delivery dates are always displayed before payment.

Delivery Options

We offer free delivery but this is calculated based on your basket and delivery address..
Please note this is an economy service and not an express option.

For faster delivery, customers may select premium services such as:

  • Express Delivery (1–3 working days)

Certain locations may incur a remote area surcharge, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
We always aim to keep these charges as low as possible despite increasing carrier costs.

Delivery Partners

We work with a range of trusted UK couriers, including:

  • DPD

  • FedEx

  • Royal Mail

  • Parcelforce

  • UPS

  • UPN

  • Palletline

  • Palletways

The most suitable courier is selected automatically based on your order’s size, weight and destination.

Pallet Deliveries

Larger and heavier items (such as generators) are delivered via pallet networks.

  • Deliveries are typically made on large vehicles

  • You may receive a call approximately 1 hour before delivery

  • Someone must be present to accept the delivery

Please note:

  • Failed delivery may incur a minimum £25 redelivery charge

  • Returned pallet deliveries may incur a £100 non-refundable fee

Delivery Notifications

Where available, our delivery partners will provide tracking updates via email or SMS (if a mobile number is supplied).

This may include estimated delivery windows and tracking links. Availability varies by courier and location.

Safe & Reliable Delivery

We are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely.

  • Orders are carefully processed through our dispatch system

  • You will receive confirmation once your order is placed

  • A further notification will be sent once your order is dispatched

Our trusted courier partners will then handle your delivery with care.

Delivery Attempts

Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.

If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • Additional delivery attempts may be made

  • Your parcel may be taken to a local collection point

  • Or returned to us if delivery cannot be completed

To avoid this, we recommend providing delivery instructions where possible.

Tracking & Delivery Instructions

If you are not going to be available to receive your order:

  • Use your tracking link to provide instructions

  • Request delivery to a safe place or neighbour

  • Rearrange your delivery date if needed

Most couriers offer flexible delivery options to suit your schedule.

Damage & Shortages

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

Any damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order details

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence where possible

Our Lincolnshire-based Customer Care Team will resolve the issue promptly in coordination with the courier.
