Data Removal Request

We will remove your date from our systems as per Art. 17 GDPR (“right to be forgotten”)

As per point 9 above we retain your basic data for warranty purposes.  This is so that we can retrieve your order on our systems in order to deliver our warranty policy effectively. You are very welcome to use the following template in order to request the removal of your date from our website.  We do regret however, that thereafter we are unable to offer warranty on your product.

I am hereby requesting immediate erasure of personal data concerning me according to Article 17 GDPR held by ParkerBrand (Parker Products Limited).  This must include my:

  • Telephone number
  • Date of Birth
  • Bank or financial details of ANY description

As laid down in Article 12(3) GDPR, please confirm the erasure to me without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of my request. If you do not answer my request within the stated period, I am reserving the right to take legal action against you and to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.
