In such cases, holding onto the original product box can prove to be invaluable.
Our ParkerBrand products are renowned for their durability and reliability. However, if any issues do arise, they are most likely to occur within the first 30 days of purchase. By retaining the original packaging during this period, you're ensuring a hassle-free return or exchange process. It's a simple precaution that can potentially save you time and effort.
If you encounter an issue with your machine, our tech team will promptly assess it. If the machine needs to be returned to us, our tech team will provide you with a prepaid label if it's within the first six months of your purchase. If it's at another time within the two-year warranty that ParkerBrand can offer its direct customers, we can provide a very low-cost way to return the item, but that your box will be handy.
Easy to Store
Having a large box hanging about isn't always ideal. Storage space for most is at a premium. How to keep that box?
- Take the tap off your box or cut through along the tap lines with a craft knife or Stanley knife.
- Fold flat
- Find a dry place to slot the box into storage
What to do with a Cardboard Box?
We have all seen it at one time or another- the long for gift is put to one side while you child plays with the box it came in! So if (as expected) you don't need your cardboard box what can you do with it? Our plain cardboard boxes can be used for:
- Building a den! Kids, as know love boxes and it stimulates creativity and the imagination in a way that doesn't need wi-fi! It will soon be a fort, spaceship or castle.
- As a weed suppressant as park of a no-dig garden. Pretty cool hey?
- General storage; our boxes are well made - you will certainly find they are useful for
- Moving! If you're moving you never have enough cardboard boxes - and that's a guarantee.
If You Need to Return
We aren't worried about aesthetics here, I assure you, but we request it is packaged and protected in a common sense manner. If something is obviously able to move around in a package, please find some paper/bubble wrap or something similar to pad the box out. We'd like it to get back to us safe and sound! We cannot send packaging or boxes to you to package goods. Hence this reminder. You can find out more here.
