We are very careful to work with only the best carriers. How do we know they are 'the best'? It's neither hearsay nor the result of just being familiar with how they work. The stark reality is laid bare when we look at the statistics. DPD consistently delivers on time and with no damage. We monitor ALL of the carriers we partner with and regularly review performance as you'd expect from a business as consistently on point as ParkerBrand.
If we notice any unfavourable performance trend, we simply speak with the representative each carrier assigns to us. We have long, meaningful working relationships with all of our carriers; good communication is at the heart of maintaining a seamless service to our customers.
Parker Dispatch System
The courier we use for your order depends on your delivery address and the item you ordered. It's about distance, time and dimensions, of course. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the data is correct and consistently updated. We also created our very own in-house system that integrates with the systems used by DPD, Fed-Ex and others. Several staff members needed a week in the wilds of Scotland and slowly regained the colour in their faces, and the boss had to retreat to his five-star favourite in Turkey at one point, but we did it. We got there. We have seamless delivery in place for every customer who orders from us. Fully integrated with our carriers using a proven bespoke system, 2023 saw us deliver to our customers more swiftly than ever. But we can't do that on our own.

With complete API integration and a genuinely meaningful relationship with key staff, DPD worked with us to make 2023 a success for ParkerBrand and guarantee that 2024 will see even more improvement. But DPD had quite a year themselves.
Right up there was the fact that for the fifth time in seven years, DPD were crowned Home Delivery Operator of the Year at the Motor Transport Awards at a ceremony at London's Grosvenor House Hotel at the end of last year. It's a pretty classy affair by all accounts, too. On the same evening, they were also endowed with the New Talent Development and Urban Operator of the Year awards. Quite a night!
In recent years, they have received accolades and awards for ensuring their future operations met their sustainability aims, too. This accumulated in the fact that DPD were named Sustainable Business of the Year at the Business Champion Awards. That trophy cabinet must be groaning!
