Back To Spool
Some people say that a sign of ageing is not wanting to learn new skills. That’s not me and that’s not the can-do you, is it? Both the ParkerBrand Brush-cutter and Multi-tool are two of our biggest selling machines. Utilise them to their full potential by re-threading the spool or by changing up from the spool to the three-toothed-blade.
So here we are, learning something new; yep, it’s back to school – or should that be back to spool?
Fitting the Spool is something that needs to be done correctly every time and when you have a new tool to hand sometimes a visual guide is where it’s at. You can see our man Frank showing you how to fit the spool to the hub here.
You need to re-thread the wire onto the spool for the ParkerBrand Brush-cutter or Multi-Tool. You’ve got the manual and it’s not too clear to you. Not to worry at all – our new video shows you how.
The manual does the trick for most things but we’ve had a few calls regarding the spool and we though that some visual advice would be just the ticket. So, you can check the video here.

You can see the three-toothed blade is really very much the kind of thing that will blast through undergrowth, over grown undergrowth or a thick patch of brambles they you want GONE.
Fitting the three-toothed blade couldn’t be simpler with this short film that shows you exactly how.
We are currently producing a series of films on different aspects of our machines and we shall be letting you know as they are released. We’re more than happy to do them for you and we hope that you find them useful. Our techies are getting worried about having to appear in them – although one did turn up in a wig and a sequined jacket!
