Quite rightly most of our customers are concerned that delivery will be swift, hassle-free and reach them in perfect condition. ParkerBrand does everything they can to ensure this is the case.

We work with couriers who are very well-known and reliable, and most of them have been our delivery partners for years. In short, we have excellent relationships and great communication with the people that we trust with your orders. But what about packaging?

ParkerBrand Cardboard

The packaging for your ParkerBrand product is recycled; it's just good to know, and as it has been for years, it just makes sense. We know that this aspect of things is important to many customers (as it is to us), and we have consistently used recycled packaging materials whenever and wherever we can for years.

Parts Orders

We are careful to stock a broad range of parts for our machines so that they are readily available for customers if they are needed. We also stock a range of accessories for our machines where it makes sense - spare chains and bars for chainsaws, spools for multitools, all sorts of bits and bobs that support our machines. When these are delivered to you they are usually packaged and 'filled' with recycled materials. At times, this can surprise customers as there may be some odd-looking materials that are used to pack out and protect your parts order. We're just doing our bit!

Order before 2pm for Same day Dispatch

Remember, recycled packaging and all, whatever you order from us will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. We like to be prompt as we know that you need what you order as promptly as possible.
