It might be that you don’t require any further information, you just want to have one of our Service Team place your order. Naturally, they will simply take your order and we’ll get it processed and dispatched with our established system with speed and efficiency.
For your reassurance, just as you'd expect from ParkerBrand, we are fully conversant with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which guarantees that we do not retain your card details when you order. Our system encrypts that data. For this reason if you need to change your order in any way or wish to place a further order we'll have to ask for your payment details again. You should also be aware that we never record calls at any point (and we don't need them for training purposes!), even if you are on hold.
