We use a well-known company called Palletline to deliver large and heavy items. Unsurprisingly, they are dispatched on a pallet! This means that your machine will arrive in tip-top condition.

When Palletline have collected from us you can expect delivery within three working days. We request that Palletline call you at least an hour before delivery so you can be at home to accept this large and bulky item. This is essential as there are no options to leave in a safe place as with standard couriers.

As no tracking number is provided directly to you, you may be concerned about the exactly when it will be delivered. Fortunately, it is very straightforward to contact Palletline.

FIND YOUR LOCAL PALLETLINE DEPOT

if you would like to know exactly when you item will be delivered you only need to have the postcode of the delivery address, and you can find and contact the local delivery depot here.

• Enter your postcode in the search field
• Use the contact number to call the local depot
• Give your delivery address and they will be able to clarify the day and hour of delivery for you.

FAILED DELIVERY?

This very rarely happens. As mentioned previously, they are requested to call you on the phone number given on your order at least an hour before delivery. If they are unable to deliver when at your address and no one is present, there may be a re-delivery charge of £25.00. If the item is returned to us for any reason, there is a non-refundable charge of £100. Like you, we would rather this didn't happen, and this is why we even mention this on our product description for items that we know will be dispatched with Palletline. Please ensure that you give the correct contact number when placing your order.
