How to Track Your Palletline Delivery

We excel in swift dispatch and work with high-quality delivery partners to ensure that your order reaches you in good time and in perfect condition, as we would both expect.

Items sent with couriers always have a tracking number, and you can easily use the courier's website to track the item. So far, so standard. We expect our couriers to send you a tracking number. However, things are a little different if you have ordered a large, heavy item such as one of our celebrated large-capacity generators.

PALLETLINE

We use a well-known company called Palletline to deliver large and often heavy items. Unsurprisingly, they are dispatched on a pallet! This means that your machine will arrive in tip-top condition. When you order, we do the following:

  • Dispatch the same day if ordered before 2 pm, as with any order
  • Ensure it is firmly secured to a pallet for Palletline to collect

When Palletline have collected you can expect delivery, usually, three working days. We request that Palletline call you at least an hour before delivery so you can be at home to accept this large and bulky item. This is essential as there are no options to leave in a safe place and the like as with standard couriers.

As no tracking number is provided directly to you, you may be concerned about the exact day it will be delivered. There is very little need for any concern, and it is very straightforward to contact Palletline.

You only need to have the postcode of the delivery address, and you can find and contact the local delivery depot here. You will then have a map showing the depot location, complete with the full address and all contact details, including phone number and email. You are welcome to contact the local depot to confirm the exact delivery day and time.

FAILED DELIVERY?

This very rarely happens. As mentioned previously, they are requested to call you on the phone number given on your order at least an hour before delivery. If they are unable to deliver when at your address and no one is present, there may be a re-delivery charge of £25.00. If the item is returned to us for any reason, there is a non-refundable charge of £100. Like you, we would rather this didn't happen, and this is why we even mention this on our product description for items that we know will be dispatched with Palletline. Please ensure that you give the correct contact number when placing your order.
