Stocking spare parts for our machines is an important responsibility that all manufacturers should bear. Too many do not take that responsibility seriously. However, you are a ParkerBrand customer, and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that we have you covered.
As we strive to improve our service, we also strive to improve our machines. Of course, before anything is launched, each product undergoes extensive testing and other lengthy processes (you'll be pleased to know!). However, from time to time, the development team do bring in an alternative version of the machine. We have been very keen to differentiate between the two sets of spares on the spares pages for the machine - but how do you know which version of the machine you have?
